CCP Attackers DESTROY Epoch Times’ Printing Presses and Wage WAR on Free Speech
A group of CCP THUGS recently raided the Epoch Times’s location in Hong Kong.
As seen in the video above, these men wearing masks entered the site early morning Monday and took SLEDGEHAMMERS to their printing presses and equipment.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY, PEOPLE.
The CCP has recently ramped up its already extensive campaign to silence ALL opposing viewpoints and dissenters in Hong Kong.
Let me remind you that Hong Kong is the last beacon of democracy in China and is HANGING BY A THREAD.
The workers watched in horror as these masked men demolished thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
Luckily, they were able to catch the attack on CCTV footage and spread the word as to what happened.
This assault should serve as a wake-up call to The West regarding how truly dangerous the CCP is to freedom of expression.
The HKPF (Hong Kong Police Force) said they were investigating the crime, but you and I both know that there’s a slim to no chance that anything will be done about this.
The CCP has been attacking journalists for YEARS in China.
The HKFP outlined some of these attacks on free speech in China, “Radio host Albert Cheng, publisher Chen Ping and Jimmy Lai — the now JAILED owner of the pro-democracy Apple Daily tabloid — have all survived attacks by “triad” organized crime members and in 2014, former Ming Pao newspaper editor Kevin Lau was nearly KILLED in a machete attack by two men who said they were paid to “teach Lau a lesson.”
If we TRULY value democracy, we have got to stand up for these brave journalists.
