Gym Owner Wins In Court To Reopen Gym at 100% Capacity Over Cuomo
You may remember Robbie Dinero on Fox News last month; he ripped up a notice of which was fining him $15,000 for violations in operations amid COVID-19.
Well, Dinero went to court, and a preliminary injunction from a state judge has allowed Dinero to reopen his gym at full capacity despite Andrew Cuomo’s rules.
This is very symbolic of what is going on in America under leftist leadership. It is all purely and simply unconstitutional.
I am sure every owner can win in court against these anti-American regulations imposed by leftist leaders.
Robbie Dinero stated:
“Any infringement on our liberty goes too far. We were born with inalienable rights bestowed upon us by our Creator. The Constitution guarantees them, specifically the Bill of Rights,” he continued, “Any infringement on our freedom for any reason is too far. Our freedom cannot end where people’s fear starts.”
